PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your catering booking. This secures your event date and locks in your menu.
The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 7 days before the event, unless other arrangements are made in writing.
By submitting your deposit, you agree to our payment and cancellation terms.


CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. To help us best serve all our clients, please review the following policy:

  • 14+ Days Notice: Full refund

  • 7–13 Days Notice: 50% refund

  • Less than 7 Days: Non-refundable (ingredients and staff will already be secured)

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or confirmed by phone.
